COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION: KITCHEN DIRTY AND NOT WEARING MASKS.
UPON ENTRY ALL EMPLOYEES HAD MASKS ON. FOREHEAD WAS TEMPED BEFORE GOING BACK TO THE KITCHEN. DID NOT SEE GREASE BUILD UP BEHIND FRYERS AT THIS TIME. GREASE VACUUM APPEARED CLEAN. SPOKE WITH MANAGER EVERETT ABOUT CLEANING PROCEDURES FOR THE COKE TANKS. HE SAID IF THEY ARE NOT CLEAN WHEN TIME FOR REFILLING THEY WILL NOT BE REFILLED AND THEY GET FINED BY THE DISTRIBUTING COMPANY. SODA BIBBS APPEAR CLEAN AT THIS TIME AND WE WENT OVER THE CLEANING PROCEDURE FOR THEM ALSO. REGIONAL MANAGER, CECILIA ORTIZ PRESENTED THEIR CLEANING SCHEDULE FOR THE DIFFERENT AREAS OF THE KITCHEN. THE LOCKED CLOSET WITH THE SYSTEMS WIRES WAS IN NEED OF A GOOD FLOOR CLEANING. FOLLOW-UP ON DEC. 23, 2020 TO CHECK ON CLOSET FLOOR AND GREASE BEHIND FRYERS. |
